You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

πŸ“¦ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags intact

  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Email us at satyamcarpet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the product is damaged/defective)

  2. Return Approval:
    Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether it qualifies for return and provide instructions.

  3. Shipping the Product:

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

    • Ship the product to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund:
    Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, email us at satyamcarpet@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
