You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it
Be in the original packaging, with all tags intact
Include a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice)

Returns will not be accepted for:
Customized or made-to-order items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
Items returned after the 7-day window
Return Process
Initiate a Return:

Product details
Reason for return
Photos (if the product is damaged/defective)
Return Approval:
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether it qualifies for return and provide instructions.Shipping the Product:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship the product to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7β10 business days via your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, email us at satyamcarpet@gmail.com with your order number.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
